Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use capabilityassessment.org, take the Capability Assessment, or receive a capability profile. By using them, you agree to these terms. "We" means Framework Solutions Group, LLC.
What we provide
The Capability Assessment turns your answers into a capability profile: strengths, professional language, and suggested next steps. Profiles are drafted with the help of AI, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
What a profile is, and isn't
A profile is a development and communication tool. It is not a guarantee of a job, admission, promotion, salary, or any other outcome. Salary ranges and job titles are estimates. It is not legal, financial, medical, or mental health advice. You decide how to use it, and you are responsible for making sure anything you put on a resume or application is accurate.
Profiles should not be used as the only basis for decisions about admission, scholarships, eligibility, grades, or employment.
Your answers
You keep ownership of what you write. You give us permission to use your answers to create your profile and provide our services, as described in the Privacy Policy. Please answer honestly and don't include other people's private information.
Our materials
The assessment, capability framework, scoring, and profile design belong to Framework Solutions Group, LLC. You may use your own profile for your own education and career purposes, including sharing it with employers and schools. You may not copy, resell, or adapt the assessment, framework, or profile design without our written permission.
Payments
Prices are listed on this site and processed by Stripe. Paid profiles are personalized, so payments are non-refundable once your profile has been delivered. If your profile has an error, email us within 30 days and we will correct it. School and program engagements follow their own written agreements.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no attempts to access other people's profiles, disrupt the service, or submit false information on someone else's behalf.
Limits on liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Questions: kaylasimsconsulting@gmail.com.
